Real estate crowdlending · Argentina

Join Argentine real estate projects with accessible contributions

Collective financing applied to the Argentine real estate sector offers a different path to approach real estate: instead of requiring a high initial capital, it allows several people to contribute partial amounts and support residential works, building refurbishments, neighbourhood improvements and new housing projects.

About the model

Collaborative, transparent and verifiable real estate

The whole journey takes place within a digital environment. Each user reviews the published initiatives, compares timelines and conditions, and decides for themselves how much to contribute. Contributions are pooled and assigned to a specific development; when the announced terms are met, results are distributed among participants in proportion to their contributions.

In the Argentine context, with sustained housing demand, urban growth and ongoing attention to property values, this model has gained visibility as an alternative form of participation. Real estate stops being perceived as an exclusive domain of large developers, institutional funds or high net worth investors.

The range of projects is broad: apartment towers, residential complexes, refurbishments of older buildings, urbanisation works and developments of different scales. That variety makes it possible for participation to be adapted to very different profiles, budgets and time horizons.

How it works

A clear circuit, from project to outcome

01

Explore the opportunities

You enter the platform, review the available opportunities and choose the one that fits your criteria. You check estimated timelines, the use of funds and the participation conditions.

02

Confirm your contribution

You confirm the amount from the same panel. Your contribution is grouped with those of other participants and assigned to a specific development.

03

Verifiable follow-up

From your dashboard you follow the progress of the works, see where the funds are applied and access the documentation available at each stage of the project.

04

Distribution of results

When the development completes its cycle or reaches the expected objectives, the corresponding outcome is distributed among participants according to their contributions.

We work to make every stage clear, verifiable and easy to follow. At any moment you can review how your contribution is being applied, what stage the works are at and under what rules you participate. All participation involves risks and results depend on the evolution of each project.

Why participate

More than a trend: a renewed way of engaging with the sector

More than a passing trend, this model reflects a renewed way of engaging with the sector in Argentina. Its main contribution is opening the door to projects that for years remained out of reach for the individual investor.

Participating also means supporting initiatives that renew neighbourhoods, strengthen urban infrastructure and generate new spaces to live in. It is a way of seeking returns while contributing to the development of cities.

We created this space to make approaching Argentine real estate more understandable, more transparent and more participatory. Our goal is to offer clear information about the local real estate market and tools that help you decide with your own criteria.

Broader access

Projects that used to be reserved for large developers or funds, now available with partial contributions.

Diverse works

Apartment towers, residential complexes, refurbishments and urbanisation works across different cities.

Clear information

Estimated timelines, use of funds and conditions published for each initiative so you can decide with your own criteria.

Urban impact

Every initiative supports the renewal of neighbourhoods and the creation of new spaces to live in across Argentina.
